Elia Quarzago is a winemaker who, after traveling across Europe to discover the best wine regions, settled in Mallorca, where he produces wine in the Serra de Tramuntana area.Wine as a form of art leads him, in addition to producing it, to write about it with passion and critical spirit, with particular attention to the conservation of native varieties.Deeply connected to Mallorcan culture, he was so captivated by it that he dedicated an album to it in his singer-songwriter project "Altri Mari."
